Led the design and scaling of Traveloka's enterprise web automation infrastructure. Drove an automation-first strategy by deploying cloud infrastructure, AI self-healing capabilities, and strict CI/CD quality guardrails to protect production stability.
- Intelligent CI/CD Guardrails: Architected a dynamic cross-repo guardrail system for web Pull Requests (PRs) using GitHub Actions. When a developer modifies a specific module in the frontend repository, the system intelligently detects the change and triggers targeted critical tests inside a decoupled testing repository, enforcing hard merge blocks based on results.
- Framework Modernization: Led the end-to-end design and rollout of Traveloka's modernized web automation framework, achieving an up to 70% reduction in execution time while drastically reducing test flakiness.
- CI/CD Migration & Architecture: Led the infrastructure migration of the Web Automation framework from bare-metal servers (Mac M1 & Jenkins) to serverless AWS CodeBuild and GitHub Actions. Eliminated Jenkins node queuing bottlenecks, accelerated deployment cycles, and drove substantial infrastructure cost savings.
- Quality Observability: Built and maintained the core web quality dashboards, migrating telemetry from Grafana to Datadog. Integrated real-time automated test data combined with transformed data streams from TestRail to provide clear release visibility.
